Mark DeLay
I am a proud native of Colorado Springs and I have spent most of my life involved in real estate in one way or another. My Father owned a real estate brokerage company here locally in Colorado Springs; I spent my youth touring model homes and my first job as a teenager was laboring on a new home job-site. March 2021 marks the 25th anniversary of my becoming a licensed real estate broker. In those twenty-five years I have worked as an on-site broker for a few different home builders, developed over 300 home sites myself, managed a custom home building company, and I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people buy or sell a property. In the 2000’s I was a part of one of the hottest real estate markets the country had ever seen, and in the later part of that decade I had a front row seat to the market collapse. This wide range of experiences has taught me how to be of service to my clients in good and bad markets alike. I really enjoy what I do, I know the area like the back of my hand and above all I pride myself on delivering superior customer service during and after your transaction. I love the fact that I often stay in close contact with my clients, many of whom refer me to their family and friends.
